While most teachers and parents today wish to provide a supportive learning environment for students with learning difficulties, they often lack the awareness and resources to do so. However, the first and foremost step to providing equal and quality education to these young souls is to enable their teachers to identify their special needs.

Project Inclusion was conceptualised to make teachers and special educators better capable of identifying the needs and supporting students with learning difficulties. The project is dedicated to addressing the core issue of identifying the "hidden disability" and striving hard to mark the highest milestone in the category. At Project Inclusion, we deeply empathise with the need for inclusivity for children with special needs (CWSN). We are focused on sensitising and empowering teachers toward inclusive education.

Launched in 2016, Project Inclusion is a nationwide program building and strengthening Inclusive Education by training teachers to provide support to children with Neuro-Developmental Disorders. The programme focuses on Learning Disability, Intellectual Disability, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and ADHD and fosters inclusive education as a part of mainstream education.

We, at Project inclusion believe that students with learning difficulties need to get the acknowledgement for the unsung battles they fight everyday.

After receiving a large positive response from teachers during on-ground training sessions, Project Inclusion took the digital leap to increase accessibility and spread awareness on a larger scale. The programme has developed digital assets like the ‘Learning Management System’ and the ‘Project Inclusion App’ to scale-up its activities and reach out to maximum government school teachers of the country through an online portal and App. The program's reach is greatly expanded by the digital interventions since participants are able to access and get training efficiently from any location in the nation. The content is designed to be multilingual and has been prepared with consideration for the linguistic variety of India.
